- The mouse IgEa ELISA Flex kit is ideal for users who want the flexibility of setting up their own ELISA assay. This product enables quantification of mouse IgEa in solution, e.g. in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. The ELISA does not detect mouse IgEb (allotype b). The kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-ALP, ELISA standard and standard reconstitution buffer. Plates and substrate are not included. Mouse IgEa ELISA Flex kits are also available with Streptavidin-HRP.|An ELISA designed to detect the native protein - in our most adaptable kit format to match your unique setup.
