- This EBV defined peptide pool stimulates T cells to produce e.g., IFN-G Gamma and IL-2, and can be used in ELISpot and FluoroSpot assays for enumeration of peptide specific T cells. The peptide pool can also be used in Flow cytometry. The peptide pool contains 100 peptides derived from 22 of the latent and lytic EBV proteins. Of the peptides, 66 are MHC class I restricted, and 34 are MHC class II restricted. The mean purity of the synthetic peptides is 90%.|Validated for our assays.|This peptide pool is intended for studying immune responses against EBV using immunoassays such as ELISpot, FluoroSpot, and flow cytometry. It induces cytokine secretion from antigen-specific human CD4 and CD8 T cells. For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
