- The human Thioredoxin-1 (Trx1) ELISA Flex kit is ideal for users who want the flexibility of setting up their own ELISA assay. This product enables quantification of human Trx1 in solution, e.g. in cell culture supernatants and serum/plasma. Reduced and oxidized forms of Trx1 are detected. The kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-ALP, ELISA standard and standard reconstitution buffer. Plates and substrate are not included.
