- The monkey IL-8 ELISA Flex kit is ideal for users who want the flexibility of setting up their own ELISA assay. This product enables quantification of IL-8 in solution, e.g. in cell culture supernatant. The kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-ALP, ELISA standard and standard reconstitution buffer. Plates and substrate are not included. The presence of bovine serum in samples should be avoided as is may cause incorrect quantification of monkey IL-8. The monoclonal antibodies in this kit react with human IL-8 and cross-react with IL-8 from non-human primates, cow and dog. The ELISA standard supplied is recombinant human IL-8.|An ELISA designed to detect the native protein - in our most adaptable kit format to match your unique setup.
