The kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-ALP, ELISA standard and standard reconstitution buffer. Plates and substrate are not included. The monoclonal antibodies in this kit react with human IL-13 and cross-react with IL-13 from non-human primates.
