- The mouse IL-12/-23 (p40) ELISA Flex kit is ideal for users who want the flexibility of setting up their own ELISA assay. This product enables quantification of mouse IL-12/-23 (p40) in solution, e.g. in cell culture supernatant. The kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-ALP, ELISA standard and standard reconstitution buffer. Plates and substrate are not included. The monoclonal antibodies in this kit are specific to the p40 subunit of IL-12 and IL-23. ELISA assays based on antibodies to p40 will detect both IL-12 and IL-23.
