- The human IFN-A Alpha ELISA Pro kit provides all necessary reagents and solutions required to quantify IFN-A Alpha in solution, e.g. in cell culture supernatant, and serum/plasma samples. The kit contains ELISA plates pre-coated with monoclonal capture antibodies, biotinylated detection antibody, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate, ELISA standard and ELISA diluent. The ELISA diluent prevents false positive read-outs which may be caused by heterophilic antibodies found in serum and plasma samples. This pan specific IFN-A Alpha ELISA detects subtypes 1/13, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 14, 16 and 17.|Thoroughly validated and include every buffer necessary, for a reliable and reproducible assay.|This ELISA Pro kit is intended for the quantification of human IFN-A Alpha in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.
