The kit enables enumeration of cells secreting monkey IFN-G Gamma and contains ELISpot plates pre-coated with monoclonal antibody, ALP-conjugated antibody for one-step detection and BCIP/NBT-plus substrate. A polyclonal activator for T cells (mAb CD3-1) is supplied as a positive control for cytokine secretion.
