- Each Path kit is specialized for the detection of an antigen-specific response. This unique combination of antigen with immunoassay is validated by scientists at Mabtech. This assay enables enumeration of cells secreting IFN-G Gamma in response to human Epstein Barr virus (EBV) peptides. The EBV defined peptide pool contains 100 peptides derived from 22 of the latent and lytic EBV proteins. Of the peptides, 66 are MHC class I restricted, and 34 are MHC class II restricted.|A straightforward setup for functional analysis of a specific scientific question.|This ELISpot Path kit is intended for the enumeration of cells secreting human IFN-G Gamma in response to EBV peptides using the ELISpot assay.
