- The sheep IL-17A ELISA Flex kit is ideal for users who want the flexibility of setting up their own ELISA assay. This product enables quantification of sheep IL-17A in solution, e.g. in cell culture supernatant. The kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-ALP, ELISA standard and standard reconstitution buffer. Plates and substrate are not included. The monoclonal antibodies in this kit react with bovine IL-17A and cross-react with IL-17A from sheep.
