- The ferret IL-2 ELISA Flex kit is ideal for users who want the flexibility of setting up their own ELISA assay. This product enables quantification of ferret IL-2 in solution, e.g. in cell culture supernatant. The kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-ALP, ELISA standard and standard reconstitution buffer. Plates and substrate are not included. The monoclonal antibodies in this kit react with porcine IL-2 and cross-react with IL-2 from ferret. The ELISA standard supplied is recombinant porcine IL-2.|An ELISA designed to detect the native protein - in our most adaptable kit format to match your unique setup.
