- The PuroSPIN™ NanoElute™ PCR Product Purification kit is designed to provide a simple and easy-to-use method for purification of PCR DNA products (100 bp – 10 kb) from enzymatic reactions. In comparison to our standard PuroSPIN™ PCR Product Purification Kit, the NanoElute version of the kit is supplemented with Nano silica spin columns instead of mini silica columns. Nano columns provide the highest possible concentration of purified DNA fragments as the elution volume needed is as little as 6 μL. This generally important when the amount of purifying PCR DNA product is very little. Features: - Efficient removal of dNTPs, primers, enzymes, and salts from PCR reaction mixtures - Use of unique Nano silica spin columns for the maximization of concentration of the purified DNA from small amounts of the sample Simple extraction process with no need for phenol or chloroform - Efficient removal of dNTPs, primers, enzymes, and salts from PCR reaction mixtures - High quality extracted DNA can be used for a range of downstream applications such as ligation, microarray analyses, qPCR, RT-qPCR, sequencing, Southern blotting, transfection, transformation
