- Recognizes human plasminogen, plasmin, and plasmin/antiplasmin complex. Natural mouse, rat, rabbit, dog, chicken, and bovine plasminogen were prepared at 250 ng/ml in buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No significant cross-reactivity was observed.
