- Recognizes total human PAI-1-tPA Complex. Pooled normal plasma from cyno monkey and horse was assayed and minor cross-reactivity was observed. Pooled normal plasma from mouse, rat, pig, dog and sheep was assayed and no significant cross-reactivity was observed. Pooled normal plasma from rabbit resulted in significant color development.
