- Recognizes human PAI-1. Significant cross reaction is observed with pooled normal plasma from rabbit. Pooled normal plasma from cyno monkey, porcine, mouse, rat, horse and sheep were assayed for crossreactivity. No significant cross-reactivity was observed.
