- Recognizes total dog PAI-1. Pooled normal plasma from human and cyno monkey was assayed and significant cross-reactivity was observed. Pooled normal plasma from horse was assayed and minor crossreactivity was observed. Pooled normal plasma from mouse, rat, rabbit, pig and sheep was assayed and no significant cross-reactivity was observed.
