- This antibody recognizes integrin alpha 2b, a 110-130 kDa transmembrane protein that is also known as CD41. CD41 associates with the integrin CD61 to form the CD41/CD61 (GPIIb/IIIa) heterodimer, a fibronectin receptor expressed in platelets. The antibody M148 binds to some medulloblastoma and neuroblastoma cells and rhabdomyosarcoma and certain other solid tumors. No binding is observed to marrow
