- Recognizes mouse IgM: 100%. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-goat serum, mouse IgM and mouse serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at < 1% cross-reactivity against other mouse heavy or light chain isotopes. No reactivity occurs against lambda chain. Some reactivity is observed against kappa chain.
