- Recognizes human IgG. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-goat serum, human IgG and human serum. No reaction was observed against human IgM, IgA, kappa or lambda proteins. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross-reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.
