- NMDAR2B. By Western blot it recognizes a 180kD band in rat brain membranes. Also recognizes a 70kD band (thought to be a contaminant). No reactivity to NMDAR2A or NMDAR2C by Western blot. Immunolabeling is blocked by preadsorption with the C-terminal fusion protein that was used to generate the antibody. Species Reactivity: Human, rat, mouse and fish.
