- Recognizes human CD112 Poliovirus Receptor Related 2 (PRR2), a new surface molecule, which has been reported to be homologous to the poliovirus receptor (CD155). Studies demonstrate that PRR2 expression is restricted to the myelomonocytic and megakaryocytic lineages. PRR2 expression has also been detected on hematopoietic progenitors expressing CD34.
