- Recognizes the C-terminal cytoplasmic tail sequence (CGPDPAWGGGGRMGTWSTR) of human CD19, a 95kD cell surface glycoprotein, which is expressed by cells of the B cell lineage and follicular dendritic cells. CD19 is absent on plasma cells. Detects a band of ~95kD in Raji cell lysates under reducing conditions.
