- Extra Details:
- FSLLRY-NH2 is a selective PAR2 antagonist. PAR2 is associated with inflammation, metabolism, and disease and FSLLRY-NH2 is correspondingly active in a number of related disease models, it can reverse taxol induced mechanical allodynia, heat hyperalgesia and PKC activation in ICR mice, it blocks ERK activation and collagen production in isolated cardiac fibroblasts and reduces the level of pro-inflammatory genes IL-8, IL-1B Beta, and TNF-A Alpha induced by H2O2 in HepG2 cells. FSLLRY-NH2 reduces symptoms in a mouse model of dermatophyte associated itch and is also effective in human asthma models. This product is sold as the hydrochloride salt.
