- Extra Details:
- tcY-NH2 is a selective PAR4 antagonist peptide which can block platelet aggregation caused by thrombin, without affecting ADP mediated aggregation. tcY-NH-2 also blocks PAR4 activation of the ERK pathway and through this mechanism can mediate aortic vascular smooth muscle cell migration and proliferation in rat models.
