Tat-B Betasyn-degron decreases A Alpha-synuclein aggregates and microglial activation in an A Alpha-synuclein preformed fibril model of spreading synucleinopathy in transgenic mice overexpressing human A53T A Alpha-synuclein, and reduces A Alpha-synuclein levels and significantly decreases the neuronal damage and motor impairment in a mouse toxicity model of Parkinsons disease.
