KS-071
Additional Names:
Crosstide, peptide, glycogen synthase kinase-3B Beta, GSK-3, substrate for Akt/PKB, protein kinase B), MAPKAP kinase-1, p70S6K, biotinylated, N-terminal biotin , Biotin-GRPRTSSFAEG
Conjugate:
Biotin
Extra Details:
Crosstide is a synthetic peptide derived from glycogen synthase kinase-3B Beta (GSK-3). Crosstide functions as substrate for Akt/PKB (protein kinase B) and is also recognized by MAPKAP kinase-1 and p70S6K, Crosstide also displays similar selectivity towards PKBA Alpha, PKBB Beta and PKBI³ isoforms. The fluorescent and biotinylated version of crosstide demonstrate similar enzymic activity. The N-terminal biotin tag allows subsequent protein detection and purification.
