In the presence of HRP and peroxide; DAB is oxidized to an insoluble brown precipitate that is alcohol- and water-resistant; providing crisp; permanent staining. EnkiLife DAB Substrate Kit (50×) is an ultra-sensitive reagent designed for HRP-based colorimetric detection in immunohistochemistry (IHC); in-situ hybridization (ISH); and Western blotting.
