It is mainly expressed in dendritic cells, lymphoid cells, myeloid cells and plasma cells are negative, and it can be detected in RS cells in Hodgkin's lymphoma. EB virus can induce B cells to express the antigen. Fascin Monoclonal can be used to label RS cells.
