Extra Details:
Human TNF-B Beta (tumor necrosis factor B Beta, also known as lymphotoxin A Alpha, LT-A Alpha) is a member of the TNF family with a molecular weight of about 22kDa and a high degree of homology (about 73% amino acid homology) with TNF molecules in mice and rats. TNF-B Beta is produced primarily by activated T and B cells and acts by binding to its receptors TNFR1 and TNFR2. NF-B Beta plays an important role in inflammation and immune responses. Studies have shown that TNF-B Beta can activate the NF-K KappaB signaling pathway, thereby promoting the expression of inflammatory factors . In addition, TNF-B Beta is also involved in the regulation of cell apoptosis, proliferation, differentiation and lipid metabolism. In studies of osteoarthritis, TNF-B Beta has been found to promote apoptosis and inflammatory response of chondrocytes by activating the NF-K KappaB-dependent inflammatory environment.
