CD90, also known as Thy-1, is a 28-30 kD GPI-linked membrane glycoprotein. It is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and has been shown to interact with CD45 in signal transduction during lymphocyte proliferation and differentiation. CD90 is expressed on hematopoietic stem cells, neurons, thymocytes, peripheral T cells, fibroblasts, stromal cells. None (Azide-Free,Low Endotoxin) are perfectly suited to be used in culture or in vivo (for nonhuman studies) for functional assays blocking, neutralizing, activation or depletion where the presence of azide may damage cells or exogenous endotoxin may signal or activate cells.

Human peripheral blood lymphocytes cell were stained with 0.2 ug Purified Anti-Human CD25 Antibody[daclizumab] (Right) and 0.2 ug Rabbit IgG, K Kappa Isotype Control (Left), followed by Elab Fluor® 647-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody, then anti-Human CD4 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody.
