CD90, also known as Thy-1, is a 28-30 kD GPI-linked membrane glycoprotein. It is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and has been shown to interact with CD45 in signal transduction during lymphocyte proliferation and differentiation. CD90 is expressed on hematopoietic stem cells, neurons, thymocytes, peripheral T cells, fibroblasts, stromal cells. None (Azide-Free,Low Endotoxin) are perfectly suited to be used in culture or in vivo (for nonhuman studies) for functional assays blocking, neutralizing, activation or depletion where the presence of azide may damage cells or exogenous endotoxin may signal or activate cells.

HEK293T cells transfected with pcDNA3.1 plasmid encoding Human IFN-G Gamma gene were stained with 0.2 ug Purified Anti-Human IFN-G Gamma Antibody[B27] (Right) and 0.2 ug Mouse IgG1, K Kappa Isotype Control (Left), followed by Elab Fluor®647-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody.
