T cell receptor (TCR) is a heterodimer consisting of an A Alpha and a B Beta chain (TCR A Alpha/B Beta) or a G Gamma and a D Delta chain (TCR G Gamma/D Delta). TCR-B Beta is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and a component of the CD3/TCR complex (along with TCR-A Alpha). It is expressed on A Alpha/B Beta TCR-bearing T cells and thymocytes. The CD3/TCR complex plays a key role in antigen recognition, signal transduction, and T cell activation. None (Azide-Free,Low Endotoxin) are perfectly suited to be used in culture or in vivo (for nonhuman studies) for functional assays blocking, neutralizing, activation or depletion where the presence of azide may damage cells or exogenous endotoxin may signal or activate cells.
