HLA-DR is a heterodimeric cell surface glycoprotein comprised of a 36 kD A Alpha (heavy) chain and a 27 kD B Beta (light) chain. It is expressed on B cells, activated T cells, monocytes/macrophages, dendritic cells, and other non-professional APCs. In conjunction with the CD3/TCR complex and CD4 molecules, HLA-DR is critical for efficient peptide presentation to CD4+ T cells. None (Azide-Free,Low Endotoxin) are perfectly suited to be used in culture or in vivo (for nonhuman studies) for functional assays blocking, neutralizing, activation or depletion where the presence of azide may damage cells or exogenous endotoxin may signal or activate cells.

Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with 0.2 ug AF/LE Purified Anti-Human CD3E Epsilon Antibody[HIT3a] (Right) and 0.2 ug Mouse IgG2a, K Kappa Isotype Control (Left), followed by PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody.
