CD25 is a 55 kD glycoprotein, also known as the low affinity IL-2RA Alpha, Ly-43, p55, or Tac. It is expressed on activated T and B cells, thymocyte subset, pre-B cells, and T regulatory cells. In association with CD122 (IL-2RB Beta) and CD132(common G Gamma chain), CD25 forms the high affinity signaling IL-2 receptor. None (Azide-Free,Low Endotoxin) are perfectly suited to be used in culture or in vivo (for nonhuman studies) for functional assays blocking, neutralizing, activation or depletion where the presence of azide may damage cells or exogenous endotoxin may signal or activate cells.

Human peripheral blood lymphocytes cell were stained with 0.2 ug Purified Anti-Human CD122 Antibody[TU27] (Right) and 0.2 ug Mouse IgG1, K Kappa Isotype Control (Left), followed by Elab Fluor® 647-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody, then anti-Human CD56 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody.
