CD11a is a 180 kD glycoprotein, also known as A AlphaL integrin, LFA-1 A Alpha, Ly-15, or Ly-21. It is a member of the integrin family, primarily expressed on lymphocytes, monocytes/macrophages, and granulocytes. In association with CD18, the CD11a/CD18 complex forms LFA-1. CD11a plays an important role in intercellular adhesion and costimulation by binding its ligands, ICAM-1 (CD54), ICAM-2 (CD102), and ICAM-3 (CD50). None (Azide-Free,Low Endotoxin) are perfectly suited to be used in culture or in vivo (for nonhuman studies) for functional assays blocking, neutralizing, activation or depletion where the presence of azide may damage cells or exogenous endotoxin may signal or activate cells.

HEK293T cells transfected with pcDNA3.1 plasmid encoding Human CD273 gene were stained with 0.2 ug Purified Anti-Human CD273 Antibody[24F.10C12] (Right) and 0.2 ug Mouse IgG2a, K Kappa Isotype Control (Left), followed by Elab Fluor® 647-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody.
