Flow cytometric analysis of Human ICAM1 (CD54) in HUVEC cells. HUVEC cells (Human umbilical vein endothelial cells) were either treated with TNF-A Alpha (50ng/mL,18 hours) (right panel) or untreated (left panel). The cells were harvested and stained with purified human ICAM-1, then a FITC-conjugated second step antibody.
Immunofluorescence staining of Human ICAM1 in MSC cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA,blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with Mouse anti-Human ICAM1 Monoclonal Antibody (1:60) at 37°C 1 hour. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Goat Anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI for nuclear staining (blue). Positive staining was localized to cell membrane.
