- Purified Anti-Lysophosphatidic Acid (LPA) monoclonal antibody. \nSubclass: IgGk1 \nSource: Mouse \nApplications: ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry \n \n \n \nProduct Background: Lysophosphatidic Acid (LPA) is a serum-derived phospholipid involved in diverse ceullular processes such as cell proliferation, chemotaxis, platelet aggregation, wound healing, angiogensis, tumor invasion, and smooth muscle contraction. Recent research indicates LPA may play a significant role in the pathophysiology of cancer and may be used as a biomarker for ovarian cancer. The Lysophosphatidic Acid Antibody (504B3) was originally developed and patented at Lpath Therapeutics. \nStorage \nAntibody is stable for up to 1 year at -20 °C. Antibody is stable for 60 days at 4°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. \nReferences \n1) J. Cheng, S. Sahani, T.J. Hausrat, et al.
