About this Product
SKU:
ECH-Y-P034
Extra Details:
PolyPIPosomes are polymerized liposomes that show markedly increased stability (up to 6 months) vs. conventional liposomes. A biotin tag is incorporated for easy detection of PIPn-binding proteins with streptavidin reagents. \n- Uniform size (~200 nm) \n- Ready-to-use suspensions, no liposome preparation \nPolyPIPosomes have demonstrated utility in a number of assay formats: \n \n Protein pull-down \n Surface Plasmon Resonance \n Liposome overlay assay \n \n \n \n \nPI(3,4)P2 PolyPIPosomes are provided as a 1mM total lipid solution containing 5% PI(3,4)P2. Each order of 250 uL or 1 mL of PolyPIPosomes includes 100 uL of Control PolyPIPosomes. \nFeatured in Publications \n1) Ferguson, C. G., R. D. James, et al. (2005).
