About this Product
- SKU:
- ECH-Y-0000
- Extra Details:
- PolyPIPosomes are polymerized liposomes that show markedly increased stability (up to 6 months) vs. conventional liposomes. A biotin tag is incorporated for easy detection of PIPn-binding proteins with streptavidin reagents. \n- Uniform size (~200 nm) \n- Ready-to-use suspensions, no liposome preparation \nPolyPIPosomes have demonstrated utility in a number of assay formats: \n \n -Protein pull-down \n -Surface Plasmon Resonance \n -Liposome overlay assay \n \n \n \n \nControl PolyPIPosomes are provided as a 1mM total lipid solution without any PIPn for use as a negative control to confirm there is no non-specific binding to the liposomes. \nFeatured in Publications \n1) Ferguson, C.
