- Extra Details:
- Membrane Lipid Arrays are 4 x 5 cm hydrophobic membranes that have been spotted with a concentration gradient of eight different biologically important lipids found in cell membranes. They are used to determine the relative degree of binding of your protein of interest towards one or more of these lipids in a simple protein lipid overlay assay. Bound protein is then detected by an antibody against the protein or affinity tag. \n \n \n \nMembrane Lipid Arrays have 100, 50, 25, 12.5, 6.25, 3.13, and 1.56 pmol of the following lipids: \n \nDiacylglycerol (DAG) \nPhosphatidic acid (PA) \nPhosphatidylserine (PS) \nPhosphatidylinositol (PtdIns) \nPhosphatidylethanolamine (PE) \nPhosphatidylcholine (PC) \nPhosphatidylglycerol (PG) \nSphingomyelin \nStorage \n2-8 °C. Product is moisture and light sensitive \nFeatured in Publications \n1) Dibble, C. F., J. A. Horst, et al. (2010).
