About this Product
- SKU:
- ECH-L-9218
- Extra Details:
- XY-14 is a competitive inhibitor of Lipid Phosphate Phosphatase 1 (LPP1) which is the major enzyme responsible for degrading lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) in platelets. XY-14 (10 uM) inhibits LPP1 in human pulmonary artery endothelial cells, preventing the dephosphorylation of sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P) to sphingosine. \n \n \n \nStorage \n-20 °C \n \nAlternate Name: (3S)-[1,1-difluoro-3,4-bis(oleoyloxy)butyl] phosphonate \nFeatured in Publications \n1) Smyth, S.
