- Extra Details:
- 1-Stearoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanol (SOPEth) is a form of phosphatidylethanol (PEth), which is formed primarily by transphosphatidylation of phosphatidylcholine (PC) by phosphlipase D. Most PEth (about 75%) is incorporated into erythrocyte membranes, and is one of the longest-lived circulating EtOH metabolite yet identified. SOPEth is a one of five most abundant naturally ocurring PEth species. \n \n \n \nStorage \n-20 °C or below \nReferences \n1) Freeman, W. M., and Vrana, K.
