1Untransfected HEK-293T cells (green line) and transfected Human-SLC7A11&SLC3A2 HEK-293T stable cells (red line) were stained with anti-SLC7A11 antibody (CSB-RA892171MA1HU) (2ug/1*106cells), washed and then followed by FITC-conjugated anti-Human IgG Fc antibody and analyzed with flow cytometry. 2Untransfected HEK-293T cells (green line) and transfected Human-SLC7A11&SLC3A2 HEK-293T stable cells (red line) were stained with anti-Flag antibody (CSB-MA249923) (1ug/1*106cells), washed and then followed by FITC-conjugated anti-Human IgG Fc antibody and analyzed with flow cytometry.Note:The cells were fixed in 70% ethanol at 4°C overnight.
