The Human TSHR (Luc) HEK293T Reporter Cell Line was incubated with varying concentrations of agonist and end-point luminescence measurements were acquired. The EC80 of anti-TSHR agonistic antibody (M22, CSB-RA025131MA1HU) is 0.063 ug/mL.
Untransfected HEK-293T cells (green line) and transfected Human TSHR (Luc) HEK293T Reporter Cell Line (red line) were stained with anti-TSHR antibody (CSB-RA025131MA1HU) (2ug/1*106cells), washed and then followed by APC-conjugated anti-Human IgG Fc antibody and analyzed with flow cytometry.
