Untransfected CT26 cells (green line) and transfected Human GUCY2C CT26 stable cells (red line) were stained with anti-GUCY2C antibody (CSB-RA010053A2HU) (2ug/1*106cells), washed and then followed by FITC-conjugated anti-Human IgG Fc antibody and analyzed with flow cytometry.
