- The clone JOVI-1, a mouse monoclonal antibody specifically binds to an epitope of T lymphocytes expressing T cell receptor beta constant 1 and known as TRBC1. JOV1.1 antibody recognizes T cells expressing TCR-CB Beta1 and one of several different TCRB Beta V regions as well as several CB Beta1 TCR expressing cell lines including Jurkat, CH7C17, and HA1.7 cells. TRBC1 is useful in clinical assessment of T-cell clonality and T-cell neoplasms.
