- TCR G Gamma/D Delta (T-cell receptor) is an 45-60 kDa T cell receptor. In contrast TCRA Alpha/B Beta, TG Gamma/D Delta cells have a TCR that is made up of one G Gamma (gamma) chain and one D Delta (delta) chain, and it recognizes a broad range of antigens without the presence of major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules. 11F2 clone of anti TCRG Gamma/D Delta antibody selectively binds to G Gamma/D Delta human T Lymphocytes.
