- The clone C-2474, a monoclonal antibody specifically binds to the 150 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein known as integrin, alpha E (ITGAE) and human mucosal lymphocyte antigen 1. The CD103 is expressed mainly on intraepithelial lymphocytes and a small subset of peripheral lymphocytes. The expression of CD103 on lymphocytes can be induced upon activation and TGF-B Beta stimulation. It is also expressed by hairy cell leukemia (HCL) and by some chronic B cell lymphocytic leukemias.
