Direct ELISA: SARS-CoV-2 NSP13 recombinant protein as coating antigen and ARG43355 anti-SARS-CoV-2 NSP13 Helicase antibody as the primary antibody. Detection range is from 1 ng/ml to 3000 ng/ml.
Immunohistochemistry: Formaldehyde-fixed and paraffin-embedded COVID-19 patient lung tissue. Tissue was blocked with 10% serum for 1 hour at RT. Antigen Retrieval: Heat mediation was performed in Citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Samples were stained with ARG43355 anti-SARS-CoV-2 NSP13 Helicase antibody at 0.5 ug/ml diluiton, overnight at 4°C. Counter stained with Hematoxylin. Strong signal of SARS-COV-2 NSP13 protein was observed in macrophage of COVID-19 patient lung, but not in non-COVID-19 patient lung.
