There are many types of human papillomavirus (HPV), with HPV 16 and 18 being high-risk types known to significantly increase the risk of cervical, vaginal and vulvar cancers in women and men. The PE-labeled human HLA-A*1101 HPV (IVCPICSQK) tetramer protein is a complex of HLA-A*1101 of the MHC Class I, B2M, and IVCPICSQK peptide of the HPV.
